End User License Agreement (EULA) for LyneUp iOS

1. Introduction
Welcome to LyneUp iOS ("Application"). This Application is provided by Lyne Up LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree with these terms, you are not authorized to use the Application.
2. License
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not use the Application for any other purpose, or in any manner not permitted by this Agreement.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on the Application.
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Application.
- Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the Application, except as permitted by applicable law.
- Use the Application for any unlawful purpose, or in any manner inconsistent with this Agreement.
4. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Application, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and any other intellectual property rights, are owned by Lyne Up LLC or our licensors. This Agreement does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
5. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or us. We may terminate the Agreement at any time without notice if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and delete all copies.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. No oral or written advice provided by us or our authorized representatives will create a warranty.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Lyne Up LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Application.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lyne Up LLC and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Application, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of another.
9. Modification of This Agreement
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. You will be notified of any changes through the Application or through other appropriate means. Continued use of the Application after such changes will constitute your consent to the modifications.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country], without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
